REGISTRATION

By sending the registration form, the registered person agrees to the collection and processing of personal data, which were provided voluntarily in connection with the registration at RAFA 2024 conference (hereinafter referred to as "Event"). The registered person consents to the processing of the provided data and that until the consent is revoked, the data will be processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “General Regulation”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) by the administrator of the University of Chemical Technology, Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) for the purpose of: 1 / registration for the Event; 2 / contacting a registered person in connection with registration for the Event, and 3 / realization of the Event. Consent to the processing of personal data is granted by the registered person voluntarily and may be revoked free of charge at any time, at the e-mail address gdpr@easyevent.eu.

By registering for the Event, the registered person acknowledges that photographs and video materials taken during the RAFA 2024 will be used in printed, online and video‐based marketing materials, as well as other publications related to the RAFA 2024 promotion that will be publicly available.
